  1. Past hour
  2. PK held OSU to 14 points last year and 21 the game before. He had his issues but he wasn't the reason we lost against OSU either time, bad take.
  3. Today
  4. Losing both A. Makuba and J. Barron were huge losses, they were "dawgs". PK's defense never recovered after losing them both to the NFL., irreplaceable IMO, I thought it was evident last year against OSU. The year before that Texas had the Georgia Bulldogs beat until they knocked Beck(?) out of the game. Sure we lost other players but the way Taffe , Makuba and Barron played, they way they communicated was a sight to behold. I called them the Bermuda Triangle. Monday , at the end of "lunch with the coach", Coach Ewing was adamant about mindset and I doI believe Muschamp has this covered in a way PK was unable to. The "nastiness", the "dawg" ,mentality, the "playing with gravel in their guts and spit in their eyes". Mindset ! Beware Hype!! It's rat poison!! And I am very much anti-hype. 🤘
  5. This has probably been posted before, but i didn't see it. You guy/gals have got to watch this. Vince's life has been a mix of greatness and turbulence. This video is just another chapter in a long, complicated story. Hard not to think about how different things could’ve gone - but the dude’s still a Longhorn legend forever www.youtube.com/watch?v=bin2_A7uFJc
  6. Halloween should be a fun one!
  7. It’s a bunch of transfers, the D does seem weak or confused. I have faith coach will shape them up, but will probably take a year or two.
  8. Was hoping for Scottie Scheffler.
  9. Definitely excited
  10. For me Muschamp just has to copy what PK did and add his own flair. The biggest thing for me with this game is Sark. Can he finally do something offensively against Ohio State besides 14 and 7 points? They aren't as good defensively as they have been the last two years, so that is also a factor. If Sark can't get it done this year, it shows that he likely never can get over that hump, imo.
  11. Texas 28 Ohio State 27 Who you got @TexasLonghorns?
  12. It’s amazing how much the atmosphere (and the team) has improved since then. You’re in for a treat.
  13. Marcel does more barking than their ugly mascot
  14. I hate that for him. Our players seem to have such bad injury luck in the NFL.
  15. That had to be the most low iq take I've heard. We beat your ass (again) you weren't able to do what you were supposed to because we beat your ass. He also is not a very good QB, that's a contribution, too.
  16. I wonder if Marcel knows he still has 10 more games before getting his 3rd can of whipass?
  17. Bad news for Alfred Collins https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/49875661/49ers-alfred-collins-knee-injured-practice-season
  18. Miami looks good but do they even play anyone with a pulse this year? ACC looks weak af and their non-con is a joke. Oh wait they play ND who looks unimpressive, too.
  19. They very easily could be in there. For me, after Sisemore and Banks, there are some serious debates to be had.
  20. Bobby Wuensch and Dan Neil as honorable mentions
  21. Traveling from OOS for Mississippi State night game. First night in person since 2015.
  22. I think Texas moves the ball successfully this game, for some reason in my head today I’ve been picturing 3 TDs and 3 FGs so I’m coming out at 30-23 Texas. I just hope Sark doesn’t get antsy early in this game and pass up 3 points to chance going for it and coming up short like he has previously. Take points when you have them early, or punt the ball and pin Ohio State deep.
  23. Can’t wait! 🤘🏽
