Oh my God the head coach/offensive coordinator is lost in his own mind 75% of the time

The offense was average. We didn’t need them to be good. Just efficient. Which is exactly what we did whenever we are down our best running back, down our best WR, for almost an entire half, and playing a Jim Knowles defense which prior to today, we had scored 7 points and 14 points on Jim Knowles defenses 26 is our team high against any team That has run a 3 high safety look and that was Iowa state in 2023 when we won the big 12.

And stop pulling O line from one side of the ball to go block on the opposite side when D is showing pressure. When they have more in the box than we can block stop calling long developing plays.

You wonder if Banks, like Sark, is overextended being both the TEs coach and Special Teams coach and that his special teams duties should be transferred to a dedicated special teams coach. I’m assuming Banks coaches both to justify his pay like Flood having the OC title even though he doesn’t call plays. I miss Joe DeCamillis so much.
