Best day yet. Really proud of how they practiced and they’re ready to go out and compete to a high level.

Sark sees it. He may not want to and he may know 1,000,000% more than we do about why, but he sees it. Doesn’t mean it’ll translate, but man, after watching the Browne breakdown, the plays from Sark are there- it’s Arch.

This video is why Gerry has been on this train longer than everybody else.

Not in Women’s. -
I didn’t watch the whole thing, but what I did watch says KJ needs to start. It’s unfathomable how Arch is missing this many open WRs.

Ewers struggled to stay healthy for the most part. He was always playing with something. Ewers usually started hot and could light teams up. His other main struggle was the deep ball which is a big part of Sarks offense. He was money in the short game and could move the chains.

Not a bad start of the season. We played Texas ball for 1 half but the 2nd half was a bit a mess. UConn's defense is legit but our young players were making a lot of defensive mistakes in the 2nd half. We also need to figure out who our playmakers are outside of Booker. Someone that can create good shots for others. Preston was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for more from her but she looked more like the same Preston from last year. Vic should push Clark to be a playmaker. She's got the fluidity to get by people and not just create her own shot. Vann also needs to create more. Cunningham looks in elite shape right now. We need her to play big minutes this year. -

I understand this and do agree with it to some extent. But Ewers struggled in the same offense. He had some great games and then would have some really bad ones. So can we really say it's 100% just on Arch? I mean I can see what the video is saying and hell even what the all 22 is showing with guys open and all that. But I still hesitate to just say it's all Arch. Because if it's 100% on him, then what have they been teaching him and what has he been doing in practice?

did they have a really good day of practice?

Is that Baker and Robertson having a mid game therapy session?

Former Sark QB - Arch film study

The body language of the WRs looks to be at all time low. They have no trust in Arch right now. I have to readjust my thoughts from Sunday, it's 100% Arch. He just can't read a defense and process at a level needed for Sarkisian's offense to take off. There was plenty of candy left on the field, and Browne makes it extremely obvious. I just don't see how you come back to him against Ole Miss. A bad QB will get a coach and GM fired, and the reality of the siuation is Arch is there right now. -

I'm thinking sepsis at this point.

I've thought about this a good bit. My first choice for an OC would definitely be Chip Kelley. However, if Sark is here (and I don't think that CDC is going to be letting him go) I don't see Chip Kelley being the OC. The schemes are just too different. If Sark were to hand over the offense, he is still going to want an offensive identity that jives with his. My next pick of someone that I think would jive really well with Sark is Eric Bieniemy. I know that trying to pull him away from the chiefs would be tough, but it would be worth throwing a ton of cash at him and seeing if he would take it. A potentially more realistic option would be Mike Shanahan - the current IU OC. Make him turn down the money. Even though he doesn't come from "that" Shanahan tree, I think his offense would jive with Sark's. Obviously, none of this would happen until after the season. Just thoughts I've had.

Also, the team is playing our tough defense but we had a bunch of turnovers. Booker is exceptional. Lovisa showed some moxie in her limited minutes. Bri Crittendon and Itute are both big mobile girls, but they just need more experience. Sarah Strong schooled both of them.- 1 reply

Now we know where the problem is.

If it goes sideways Arch will get booed again as will Sark.
