No, you don’t “got it.” Not perfection, just some push from our Oline (that happens to be the biggest in college football). Most everything else was good . We’ll see next week. Hope I’m wrong. The people that didn’t “watch” the game, just look at the score. I’m glad we did what we were supposed to do, blowout an inferior opponent, I’m still concerned some of the things that I saw won’t translate to more talented opponents. Both can be true at the same time. I’m sure the coaches have some criticisms also.

Neither Ole Miss nor Louisville travel very well.

When the field clock which is synced to the TV clock said 9 seconds. There was actually 10 on the official clock. No one checked until the review. Their official clock is synced to their replay equipment so they can see 1/100ths of time, frame by frame. They said when the WMU player touched the ball there was one second on their official clock.
-
I don't see how they could be out of sync when they literally reset the clock to nine seconds before the play. For those that were not watching, Michigan threw a long pass over the middle with no timeouts. They ran up to the line and spiked the ball. The clock ran down to 8 seconds and the official said please reset the game clock to nine seconds. Which the clock that was shown on the broadcast and in the stadium did. So, how did they get out of sync?
-
I was doing that watching the QB and the WR Friday so I won’t judge
-
They say there is an official one in the booth. It is supposed to be synced to the field clock, but somehow they got off.
-
The Big 10 argument makes zero sense. There is nothing to suggest the clock on the broadcast started early. Are they saying the broadcast clock ran faster than the official clock? Because nine seconds is nine seconds. And they had literally just "reset the game clock" to nine seconds. So, it isn't like there were really 9.9 seconds on the official clock, but only 9 seconds on the broadcast clock. I watched it in real time and I would find it incredibly hard to believe that the play took less than nine seconds. But I also agree with the comment that WMU got too cute with their defense. It makes zero sense to "blitz" a fourth rusher there.

Please don’t say “sooner” in here… lol -
It seems legit per specific rule…but man you feel bad for WMU. Also…Michigan is going to get toasted multiple times this year. Ohio State might put up 50.

Don't have anything yet. We'll probably get an update from Sark tomorrow on that if we don't hear anything sooner. -
I just don’t like frats and sororities. It’s my opinion and you agree or disagree. I have friends and family members who were members. They all agree my hippie personality at UT would have a poor fit in the early 70s.

So how many clocks are there? I would think the one in the stadium that everyone can see should be the one they go by, but I guess not.

Also, multiple standout blocks from the TE's. Big, welcome surprise. Also a surprise that Masunas had fewest snaps of the group? All in all though, bodes very well for the year to have TE's contributing like that in all phases - especially in 12. 🤘 -

They are now saying the clock in the stadium was 1 second off from the official clock the replay booth had access to, and when the ball touched the WMU player, there was one second left. They showed the evidence at around midnight after the entire country called then crooks. They got it right. Heartbreaker for WMU.

but i don't think Texas was in 12P on that play...going to have to go back and take another look at the Wingo 45 yard pass.
