  1. Past hour
  2. I love 24, with so many teams in division 1 it makes sense to have that many teams. I understand the argument for diluting the regular season, but if you push strength of schedule and have more big time out of conference games early the big regular season games still really matter. I’d much rather 24 teams with games that mean something than a bunch of pointless bowl games with no fans and half the team opting out.
  3. I'm for 16 teams in a CFP with home games for 2 playoff weeks for the higher seeds, then two Semifinals at the bowl games and a CFP NC at a bowl game. Could keep CCGs, not a big deal but I would prefer to hold on to this tradition. I want to win the SECCG once before it goes away. That Clemson at Texas CFP game in DKR was awesome! Would love to get 1 or 2 DKR playoff games for the CFP. Best chance of getting 2 home CFP games is a 16 team CFP. Would rather not have a portion of teams getting a bye week, would not need to happen in a 16 team CFP. The mismatches in round one would be more deserved by having the better resume before the CFP. The first round of a 24 teams CFP (9-24 playing) would have more questionable and likely undeserving teams in the mix. You have 8 teams with a bye in week 1. 2nd week will likely have some mismatches, often by chance due to large field and inconsistent seeding. You very likely lose all CCGs.
  4. I’m in favor of a 16 team playoff as well. If you have 8-4 teams making the playoffs, the value of the regular season will decline significantly. The intrigue of the regular season is one of the things that makes college football great. Smh.
  5. Not so fast my friend. LOL
  6. So a person in that position should give the team 100K for no reason? Or give the team/program what they needed to have a season? Sorry, but give me a break. The guy did something really good for a bunch of kids that were in danger of not having a season.
  7. 24 teams. Let's roll. Top 8 get bye. First two rounds on campus. Now those with byes play at home in round 2. Quarters and Semis are in 1 of 6 bowls: Rose, Fiesta, Cotton, Sugar, Peach and Orange. Natty rotates around like it already does.
  8. I'd say keep him out until OU, but I also said keep Goosby out for Tx State and he played a good portion of the game lol. Would be awesome to have Cooper for OSU if he can be effective.
  9. First 2 rounds are home games 1st round starts the 2nd weekend of December 2nd round the 3rd weekend. Quarter and semi finals bowel games. Finals 2nd Monday in January
  10. Really Unfortunate
  11. You can have a Grade 1/low-grade high ankle sprain and gut through after a week or two. That's a stable ankle and not painful walking a lot of times. Straight forward movement can be okay after about a week, but it comes down to plant and COD cut Grade 1/low-grade high ankle sprains can be 1-3 weeks depending on healing.
  12. Damn that sucks.
  13. Today
  14. Really great news. Figured we were looking at Texas/OU as the return date for him.
  15. So much for the pageantry of the regular season old school college football fans feel if they go to 24 teams.
  16. Just like UN Home Security!
  17. Agreed. Now imagine if the split to Premier/Championship League format and added promotion/relegation to the mix.
  18. 100%. I was careful to say the thing should be applauded. 🤫
  19. Deep down in my stomach, with every inch of me, I pure, straight hate you. But, *** **** it, do I respect you.
  20. Everyone assumes this is going away because LSU finalized their roster with at 105 without the ex-NFL guys. However Wade is still planning on adding ex NBA players to his team so LSU is still breaking rules.
  21. Gaffigan, Silverman, Seinfeld, Chappell, Gillis, Bergatze, Bob Marley, Brian Regan, John Mulaney, Tosh, Ansari, Feamster, CK, Jessilnek.
  22. you mad it would have been like 47 cents to Elon or some other billionaire, but they keep it in their pockets
  23. Nice way to love your neighbor (Matthew 22:39).
