  1. Past hour
  2. I thought that was always the deal with the big 10. We (sec) will go to a 9 game conf schedule of the playoffs we’re expamded to 16. Then it felt like the rug was pulled out from Sankey.
  3. Okay but by that logic, Sonny Dykes should be top 5. I think you’ve gotta at least get to the playoffs multiple times to be above Sark.
  4. Whoever it is, we need someone that will take the burden off of Teagan being over used.
  5. eah I think she would be a great fit. A quick trip up the road to Austin too. A pitching staff of Kavan, Azua, Wells, and Doty would be one of the best in the game. Don't forget about Bordi--the OU transfer sitting out this year
  6. Getting close to Nervous time. Karlyn Pickens vs Teagan Kavan sounds like a low-scoring game to me.
  7. There’s the top 3 and then 4 thru 8 could be listed in any order.
  8. It’s just me if you took your team to the title game you have to be higher than lanning and sark
  9. If they have Freeman that high for making the title game once and not much else, then you are absolutely right. But Cristobal has done it exactly once and been a pretty big failure otherwise. Sark has done big things more consistently.
  10. There has always appeared to be a unified front from SEC personnel during this time of year in the past. Feels a bit different this go round.
  11. If Cristobal is ahead of Sark, then we’re grading vibes, not coaching. Sark’s the only one in that group who’s proven he can build and sustain a playoff‑level program. Lanning’s good, but he’s still in the ‘almost’ tier. DeBoer at Bama is a guess. Sark’s the resume.
  12. It'd be a miracle
  13. Obligatory
  14. Whatever keeps the temps under 100 until Ohio State comes to town lol
  15. Texas weather is in full Sark play‑calling mode - you think you know what’s coming, then nope.... If this weather keeps up, I’m issuing a Gerry Hamilton HI for my roof.
  16. Today
  17. Interesting. That is what several national guys are saying on X
  18. That Coffee & Football episode today was solid gold guys. Incredible stories & names out of my distant memories and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Hook'em !!
  19. That’s not true. There is an option to opt in.
  20. This is from an article Ross Dellenger wrote about this. However, as the two biggest revenue generators, the SEC and Big Ten would need to participate in the pooling of rights for projected media values to “work,” Cruz acknowledges. The other conferences must “negotiate” with the two conferences in striking “an agreement that would be attractive to them” to garner their inclusion. This makes it sound voluntary.
  21. Texas would agree with you, at least on the part about sharing revenue.
  22. Apparently only need 75% of teams to be for it even if every SEC and Big 10 school is against it..
  23. Del Conte speaking on marquee out of conference games and the inconsistency between the committee rewarding and detracting as a result of playing those games when it comes to the CFP picture. "Two years ago we played Michigan and at Alabama and those two games helped get us into the Playoff if you recall. It was the strength of your schedule and your non-conference. Those games mattered. When we left for the SEC, from the Big 12 to the SEC, one of those discussions was keeping those games on – one we had already played and had a return game to play. I firmly believe that college football loves the big games. Our kids want to play those big games, but they also want to be rewarded for those games if you play in those games. At the end of the day, part of what those metrics are – is a 9–3, or 10–2 schedule and say these guys won ten games, but they lost to these two teams, better than a team that lost three games and had a challenging schedule with who they played. I need more clarity on that."
