Man, you sound bitter. What did the Frats or Sororities ever do to you to cause the disdain and bitterness? People that join these organizations choose to do, so for their own reasons using their own money. My little brother in the Delts became a life long friend of mine. He was on scholarship and could not afford the dues. The Delts gave him room, board, and fully paid dues in exchange for helping the House Mom with anything she needed to keep the house going, specifically in the kitchen and dining room. They even have him spending money to help with his consumables and social life. He wanted to belong because we liked him and he liked us and he made many friends and business connections. The guy before he died this year was very successful in life making millions, and many of his connections and friends came through his fraternity. If he was still alive, I'm sure he would tell why it was important to him. -

Two terrific early season games tonight. Hour away ND vs Wisconsin because it's in Lambeau Field, which will be cool Ole Miss vs Louisville in Nashville ... impactful game here in CFP scenarios early on -

Not true. Sikorski has experience at C at Texas this spring and it has been widely covered including here at OTF. He is experienced player and bigger and stronger than Connor. Cojoe played plenty of guard in HS. Did not play LT until his senior year. Did Flood make sense this past season? He moved a zero experience, true freshman Brooks from tackle to guard on game week or game day. 😂 Furthermore I said "Wish we could go back to spring ball and adjust OL." This is a coulda woulda shoulda hindsight OL starting 5 remark. I'm pointing out how Flood could have played it and made things arguably better. Watch Cojoe. He can play. He may be one of our best 5.

Wingo also got a 45 yard catch. -
Re-watched the game as my usual number crunching on Sundays and couldn't help but be really encouraged by this trend. 12 personnel was phenomenal on Sunday. Texas averaged 10.05 yards per snap with two tight ends on the field Saturday – with the starting offense on the field. In comparison to the 2025 season, that would have been the 2nd highest mark of the season, only behind the 12.45 yards per play in 12P which was greatly aided by an 83-yard touchdown pass. Big plays: 45-yard rush by Smothers 21-yard catch by Wingo 16-yard catch by Wingo 13-yard run by Brown TD 44-yard catch by Coleman 18-yard catch by Winston Really encouraging start to the season with 4 tight ends all rotating in and contributing heavily.

Penalties-Yesterday OSU vs. Texas

From PFF data 4 pens offense, all on OL 2 RG VanSickle in 43 snaps, 1 each RG Cook (28 snaps), LT Lowe (28 snaps) 3 pens defense one each free safety, right end (or edge?), RT 2 pens ST (not clear on this, says 2(1) which I would assume meant 2 penalties called, one accepted, but then you'd be short a penalty if they actually had 9 for the game) Anyway you were right about the OL having issues, especially at RG. Good! -

Did you re order a depth chart on CFB 27 or something? 3 of those guys have zero snap experience in any of those positions. Doesn't really make any sense.
