Ain't nothing if we're gonna win.

It was a tough game to watch. Tough on our fans, too. Three rowdy UTSA fans were cruising the walkway between the upper and lower decks, hurling insults. But things got really ugly when they threw a drink at a regular fan, a young man with Down’s syndrome, who sits in the handicapped section. They also shoved his grandfather. Cops were called, but it took a while to calm things down. Really a shame. I’ve seen that kind of stuff at football before but never at baseball. Ugly night all around.

I think the horns down is actually funny. I do But saying the stadium is weak reflects poorly on him. Michigan, Miami GA, FLA, Bama fans were all gawking at our place. And they still don’t believe the suites. I have never been to Norman, but I would be our stadium and game time experience blows theirs away. I actually love funny chirping. He is just not funny

Whitehead is taking a redshirt. Mercer isn’t on the roster for the regional. McCreery has been injured. Moffett has had control issues. Navarre and Rerick had mixed results in limited duty.

We can still win.

There were some arms that I saw early that I thought were going to be able to help. I haven’t kept up with injuries that much……some of them may have gotten hurt. Blake or someone? Navarre Rerick Moffett McCreery Mercer Whitehead- I guess they decided to RS him?

Winfield’s 4 hits against mighty Prairie View A&M represent almost 1/3rd of his total hits for the season. He strikes out in 45% of his plate appearances, has 1 hit in 12 AB’s in SEC play and has looked lost in the outfield. Of people who should maybe get more playing time, he is pretty far down the list. And what he did last year doesn’t matter. We have a 50+ AB sample size of him this year.

They have gotten very aggy like. OU fans sitting behind us at Cotton Bowl last year talked more shat the more we kept beating the hell out of them

Nansen visited Jett early this year. Is it a mental eval? Hard to believe Kobe's nephew doesn't want to work. Man's the hardest worker in the history of sports.

Is any roster “built” for a losers bracket? There is a reason the winner of the 1-0 game wins the regional 85% of the time or whatever it is.

Get Arch to talk to Jett and get it done. You can't pass this up. We're talking one of the greatest NBA legacies ever.

I fèl like we're in a 1st pitch take offense 95% of the time. Pitchers are grooving 1st pitch on us, rn. Time to let your hair down boys. Win or go home.

Don't get why we're not in on Jett Washington. Oregon, Alabama, Ohio State USC... What are we doing?

Just when you think the Aggies or the Sooners have jumped the other in the pecking order of the most annoying rival, the other one finds a way to redeem themselves and claim the top spot.

There’s a long way to go from losing a game in a regional while being the no. 2 overall national seed to “Texas baseball sucks”. But that’s just me.

I agree with Blake and a few others in the thread. The short of it is, Texas played a sloppy game against a good team. That’ll get you beat this time of year. The injuries/issues we’ve talked about for the last six weeks or so are finally catching up with the Longhorns. The pitching staff, for instance, had no margin for error when Spencer went down. Texas needed Luke Harrison to eat innings and for the defense to play well behind him and protect a five-run lead. Neither of those things happened. The Longhorns can get to Monday, but it’ll take much cleaner baseball with the timely hits that haven’t been there lately to get the job done.

I underestimated Omenihu so much. I'm glad he's enjoying an extended NFL career, but I did not see it coming.
