  2. Vs USF. They blitzed 55% of the time. 1 TD with no picks. Higher completion % versus the blitz. 1 pick, no TDs when no blitz. UF versus LSU. They blitzed 45% of the time. Versus the blitz Lagway he completed 78% of his passes. No picks. 6.4 yards per attempt. So when they did not blitz, he completed 58% at 5.3 yards per attempt. 1 TD and 5 interceptions. That was without Dallas Wilson. Vs Miami the numbers were similar with 58% no blitz, 42% blitz. Texas blitzed 42% of the time. Numbers were reasonably similar with a pick on the blitz but otherwise 10-12 versus the blitz and similar passing yards although 5 fewer attempts versus the blitz. Both TDs to Wilson, the guy that hadn’t played up to that point. One versus a blitz, one not. Pretty sure his long TD was press coverage when he tossed Black aside. The other TD had a drawn up safety. We did a pick versus the blitz. A&M blitzed 18% of the time. Georgia 36% blitz. Ole Miss 43%. The results were reasonably balanced. Dallas Wilson only played a full game versus the Aggies. Kentucky blitzed 13% of the time. 3-3 for largely insignificant yards. Versus no blitz? 19 dropbacks, 1 TD, 3 picks. So exactly what about these results show that more blitzing was the desired gameplan? Most of these teams didn’t get Wilson who was a tougher man matchup in theory. And many of those matchups were on the road when blitz pickup communication is often stressed more.
  3. Tre Wisner was fine and is fine. I feel his demise at Texas was the lack of a 2nd RB that was also a threat. He was not a "problem" when Blue was part of the duo. All of Sark's RB's at Texas have had a duo system, and I feel Wisner was a victim of missing that last year...along with the OL trouble...along with some playcalling. I like the 2 RB's we got (esp Smothers imo) but feel like Wisner could have had a impact as well. Was the NIL asking price that far off?
  4. LFG 🤘🤘🤘🤘 @Blake Munroe when yall have a minute can yall give a list of who all is going to make it to campus/returners/starters thanks
  5. Texas will wait until all blue bloods announced then hit The Grand Slam deal!
  6. That is phony according to Michigan Board. They said it is not real .Just read some of his posts , but easy to be fooled . Now ND did say hold my beer that is legitimate . Texas won't be far behind watch!
  7. Volleyball season starts in less then a month Would love to see someone come on to preview the team
  8. Notre Dame did pass up OSU though. SoFi https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/49471461/notre-dame-passes-ohio-state-richest-patch-deal
  9. Today
  10. That and Arch bailing them out on 3rd downs in that OU game. He was 10/12 for 117 yards on 3rd down in that game. He only threw for 166 yards in the entire game so 70% of his production came on 3rd down. I believe 8 of those conversions were in the 2nd half.
  11. I don't know much about that league, but he had 32 walks to 22 strikeouts and only had 2 multi-strikeout games (and each was just 2 Ks). In the field, he had only 2 errors and was credited with 5 assists.
  12. Just added this in and the end of the story, as I forgot to put it in… Lugo chose Texas over Arkansas, North Carolina and Georgia.
  13. A natural left-handed pitcher who dials it up to 92 mph on the mound, his arm strength translates beautifully to the outfield.
  14. @Blake Munroe love this! can you go into any specifics of what took so long? Was he weighing his options? Or what was the holdup?
  15. LOVE this pickup. This is why I kept telling yall to not pencil anyone in as a starter yet.
  16. Campbell was an insane snub from the tournament they got kids that can absolutely play
