  1. Past hour
  2. He learned very well and received $91M. He is America today. Grift and move. Don’t worry, the lemmings will pay. Today, we idolize money before all so as long as you appeal to the money folks, you’re fine. Long gone are healthy shame and thoughtful consciousness. Facts and integrity be damned. Loyalty? How much for it? Sports is simply catching up to the rest of the country, exacerbated by the ruse of NIL. Money just needed a way in. Sincerely,
  3. I’m telling you and have been that Cal QB watch for him unless he has a sophomore slump
  4. I personally have Darian Mensah as the favorite going into the season
  5. Only the playoffs really matter. Ask Vince!! 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
  6. CJ Carr 7-1 Arch Manning 15-2 https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/49804905/cj-carr-arch-manning-lead-congested-heisman-oddsboards
  7. You said dream so I’ll say mine that will never happen. At Army. Realistic. At Wisconsin.
  8. Today
  9. 1. Miami-It would be awesome to see UT play the Hurricanes in Coral Gables. Whether a day or night game, the build up to the game would be amazing. 2. Death Valley (Clemson) -Another great game between these two would be awesome. This time around, Texas would go to their stadium at night. 3. Florida State-I use to love to hear the war chant back in the 90s. Albeit the Seminoles are not the same team as back then, would love to see the Horns play and win in that awesome setting.
  10. I say let them out of the contract if they pay the liquidated damages.
  11. Vasher is the best player among this group and my favorite. Great player who doesn't get enough love.
  12. 1 Nebraska - The win in Lincoln in 98 is probably in my top 10 favorite games 2 Washington - Love the atmosphere in their stadium 3 BYU - Dammit we owe them
  13. best football player: Mossy Cade did the most for the program: Quinn Ewers my favorites: Nathan Vasher and Jordan Hicks
  14. It seems like UM might become a stick in the spokes if it is moved to a bad open date right before a meeting with a powerhouse or rival.
  15. I will take them all!! 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
  16. Obviously, we will see where scheduling goes in the future, especially with a 9 game SEC schedule, but in an ideal world, what are the top 3 teams you wish Texas would schedule a home and home with? Here are mine: 1. Florida State - I want a game in Tallahassee. There's something about the war chant, chief Osceola, etc. that just screams perfection. And Texas has never played FSU. 2. Penn State - I would love to see this game. I know they played in 1997 and 1990, but I don't remember those games much. I want to see those uniforms on the same field. 3. Oregon/Virginia Tech - I know I'm the one that created the thread and I'm breaking the roles with basically including a 4th team, but I'm split between these 2. I have always wanted to see a game in Blacksburg. It has always seemed like a cool atmosphere, but Eugene is also a very cool place that would be an amazing atmosphere. So, these are mine. What say you? What are the teams you want Texas to schedule in an ideal world?
  17. Quinn Ewers meant more to the program as an "it factor" than anything else. He was a solid QB, but when he came back to Texas, it became an "exponentially cool" place for big recruits again. Arch has some of the same gravitas. We were floundering for years on being an "IT" place to land. For those of us that remember surviving on what we could get, versus what we wanted and needed. The Mack Brown era brought in the dudes, but there was a decade or so where oklahoma and a&m got the better of us in recruiting.
  18. Arch ran an RPO rollout against UTSA in 2024 and hit a crosser; later, he ran the same play and, instead of passing, took off on a long run for a TD. I would like to see a play like that to get his juices flowing early. His option based on what he sees.
  19. I think it’s just stay healthy versus Texas State because we should win going away.
  20. I agree with this. Arch is actually a better QB when he's running. He was terrible in the first half of the Aggie game 8 of 21 for 38.1%. Then in the 2nd half he started scrambling and running, and he started to connect on his passes 6 of 8 for 75%. His overall passing % was not even 50% at 48.27, but that was because of that first half where he was a statue.
  21. I see that being used for Ohio st
