  1. Past hour
  2. He'll be on the team this season. With the new 5 years to play 5 rule, he'd lose a whole year of pay. He's not passing up up whatever NIL he's receiving to sit out. And he's too important to the depth for the coaches to let him walk
  3. Use your brain. Sark is providing cover.
  4. Daniels needs to grow up.
  5. So Sark's lying to everyone then?
  6. Quitting at adversity has no bearing on whether someone is a good kid. Get this trash out of here. We have no idea what he deals with internally and he’s 20 freaking years old. Comments like this make me sick.
  7. Yeah because coaches would never lie about stuff going on behind closed doors.
  8. I’ll go with the HC when there’s a conflict on info.
  9. Jumping to conclusions about him quitting and why when we don’t know the story at all. He has been a good kid and teammate until this blew up today so I’ll err on the side of the young man until proven differently.
  10. The Bears draft Malik to move him nickel? Why when it's well documented that he's not the fastest or most athletic.
  11. He’s such a good kid he quits at the first sign of adversity. (If that’s indeed what happened) I’ll eat my words if it’s different
  12. Ugggghhhh the suspense is killing me! He seems like such a good young man, hopefully this all gets resolved and we can focus on dominating the SEC and CFB this season!! @Joe Zura and I will wait impatiently for the rest of the story! Sounds like penalties were an issue on the OL sounds like #fireflood and those guys. Are going to get to do some extra fun and games for that!
  13. I’d think success regarding points of emphasis matters most. Of course, we’re limited on that knowledge because it may be player specific. The defense was missing two of its biggest potential playmakers. No material injuries still may be the biggest goal.
  14. I we can do now is see if it get works out. But it seems unlikely now. Hopefully there is resolution soon. Can't let this infect the locker room.
  15. I can’t help but overreact to people overreacting to me overreacting. It’s a sick cycle.
  16. If he hadn't missed practices earlier in the week, it likely wouldn't have become what it is now.
  17. I mean he didn’t scrimmage so not sure how they would have kept it under wraps
  18. If Biles' camp is talking to Smith this weekend, the message should be clear: adversity is a launching pad, not a dead end. Biles was injured, overlooked, and used as a backup utility piece for years. He built his All-American status out of sheer grit. If Smith can embrace the rotation, dominate special teams, and out-work the depth chart just like Biles did, his time to shine in the SEC will inevitably come
  19. The defense being “a little ahead” despite missing 5 notable guys, learning a new system, and going against a 4th year QB is actually really encouraging, right?
  20. I don’t know how this getting out is good for the team or for the chances of this being resolved quietly. This kind of stuff should be kept in house unless there is no choice but to report. Thus seems like something that could have been kept under wraps longer…..jmo.
