  1. Past hour
  2. It would be massive for Sark, and provide a sliver of breathing room for Texas. Something they havent had all season.
  3. All that means is they’ve been saving exotic looks for Texas.
  4. Would love to see sark get over the kirby/georgia hump next weekend. Getting wingo back will be huge because nobody is explosive as him.
  5. Just a few days after recovering a blocked punt for a touchdown wow. RIP, young man.
  6. Horrible, horrible outcome. I wish nobody would end their life like that. Jesus can fix whatever is wrong.
  7. If Texas beats Georgia IN Athens by double digits…do they get in the CFP even with a loss to A&M?
  8. Rod Babers and I just finished recording a look ahead to the game in Athens on the 15th that will air on Saturday. During my research for the video, I came across some numbers on the Georgia defense I never would have expected to see... *** – Georgia ranks 132nd out of 136 teams with 8.0 sacks this season. – Additionally, Georgia ranks 135th out of 136 teams with 29.0 tackles for loss. Of those 8.0 sacks, 3.0 come from LB CJ Allen, their starting middle linebacker. And another 3.0 come from LB Chris Cole who sees about 1/3 of his snaps off the edge. *** Now, Georgia still has a top 25 scoring defense, sitting at 19.6 points per game allowed. But there is a silver lining to Texas getting over the Kirby Smart hump and it begins with protection for Arch Manning. Hope is that the changes made to the Texas offensive line will travel to Athens.
  9. @Blake Munroe so happy to hear that he is continuing to rock and roll. Proud of this community for stepping up and supporting you. Now you need to support us and put yourself on mute before you hit day 50...WE CANNOT RETIRE BLAKEONMUTE!!!
  10. Hopefully, Sark, Flood, and Harris can make this one happen!
  11. What a horrible and tragic story. CTE and mental health are real issues and i hope these athletes are prioritizing their mental health over everything.
  12. If the developmental period of 2+ years is communicated with recruits and they’re ok with it, I don’t see how bringing in a one and done vet at their position would be problematic. Texas will need to land at least one big time transfer prospect on offense this cycle like they did in previous years.
  13. This brought tears to my eyes. And you are correct , this will forever provide him with a fighting spirit. My wish is for him to continue to have good health.
  14. No. Not at all.
  15. Today
  16. Do you think prying Baugh out of Gainesville is more realistic?
  17. I think we will finish where we always do around the top 5 class, plus or minus.
  18. To your point, I personally prefer the three-way tie, not going to the SECCG at 10-2, with H2H wins over Georgia and A&M. You get time off from 11/27 to 12/19 for rest and prep and likely host a first-round game on campus.
  19. Those two scenarios are the most likely way Texas makes it to the SEC Championship Game. I have added a third scenario in which Alabama wins all their other games and loses specifically to Oklahoma, Texas wins out, Texas A&M wins out before they lose to Texas, and Mississippi wins out. Texas would finish at the top of the SEC regular season standings and face Alabama in Atlanta. However, you have to wonder if winning your conference really means much in the expanded playoff era, especially in the B1G and SEC. Last season, winning a power level conference guaranteed you a first round bye, but that rule was changed after last season, and it just seems like an extra game of wear of tear with little to gain and a lot to lose. Maybe they could, similar to college basketball and college baseball, have a regular season SEC Champion trophy and an SEC Championship Game trophy when they expand to 16 teams and beyond.
  20. Yes, my wife has me baylen too, but it keeps me in shape and the stock fed.
  21. @Gerry Hamilton This tool aligns with the extended tie-breaking rules on the SEC's website: https://bball.notnothing.net/bracket_cloud.php?conf=secfb If Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and Texas all have 1 SEC loss, then it becomes a 3-team tie and the tiebreaker is common conference opponents, of which we'd lose to both due to our loss to Florida, even if we beat A&M. If A&M were to lose to Mizzou this week though and we end up in a 2-team tiebreaker with Ole Miss, Texas beating Georgia would propel Texas to the SEC title game.
  22. So glad to hear the prayers were answered. My ongoing prayer is he continues to thrive. God Bless you all!
  23. Thank you for sharing. Colt is a very brave young man. So glad he's doing great. That Range Rover will look great in the student parking lot his Junior year!
