Texas women's basketball portal thread

That’s such a lazy, flaccid, and simpleton reply. The sad thing is they are homogenous. What comments? This, like most things, are just about how one feels about something independent of reality or truth. Nothing insightful. Same nonstop b!tching over and over. Lamenting how others did well and crying about how terrible we’ll be. Dramatic conclusions about how terrible we’ll be, etc. based on what? There’s no conversation on how the new folks can mesh and be successful or how the ones that left might have been impacting the culture ceiling so it’s a net positive. No strategic talk on how to make it. Nothing that identifies a concern and how we can or why we can’t overcome it. Most is wah wah or begging mods to spill the tea for their diaries. Also, nobody knows. Fabulous incoming class but I guess they are predestined to fail. Maybe hold off on the b!tching until there’s actual observation but that would eliminate most commenters that just want to share their feels. Most of which are negative. They’re always the loudest because they’re typically miserable humans. I’d prefer quiet and patient approach or actual strategy to negativity or deluded optimism but that’s just me. -
OTF Premium Three lingering concerns about the Longhorns in 2026

For me it’s gonna be 1. Penalties, no notes needed gotta get them down 2. Consistency, we seen a lot of good things last season but bad as well 3 OL play / defense, I think the ol played pretty well towards the end of the season but it will be a question until we see week 1&2. Will Muschamp is a great DC but the scheme is changing so there may be a step back until the defense gets the scheme down - Today

And we seem to get everyone's best shot and at times Zebras best shot. -
Interestingly, the Big 10 tiers its revenue distribution unevenly. Ohio State made more than everyone else, including Indiana who won the national championship.

They coincide with mine - although it's nice to have the scale of concern where it is, versus other years when it was more of a liability. -

We have so many bodies there.... At some point it's either play who you got or clean house. If McDonald, Williams, Filsame, Jonah, Hicks, JJR, Cunningham, and Davis isn't sufficient then that position has been extremely mishandled. That also doesn't include the possibility of moving someone like Littleton or Mascoe there if needed. -
The 11am match against LMU is the quarterfinals the winner will in semifinals against either UCLA or Cal Poly Saturday afternoon.

Depth at linebacker, O line and kicking games. I line can be coached but the other two we have what we have. -

Marquis Goodwin on Doug Marrone Texas hate
Alex Butler replied to Quinncent McManning, Jr.'s topic in On Texas Football Forum
Marrone sounds too much like Marroon. I lived in Arkansas for 7 years and Kentucky for 4. It was always amazing to me how how true it is that Arkansas hates Texas more than they love themselves. Kentucky honestly people didn’t care much at all and were nice about me being from Austin. Marquis is a great pro and better person. Marrone can go back to the Bronx or SU and suck on his bitterness with the rest of the Yankees up there. Vince is such an unfortunate situation because if he had gone to a place that both Coach and ownership were on the same page I think he would’ve had more longevity than he ended up having. Those titans teams with him and Chris Johnson were so good and the year they had Randy Moss should’ve been a SB if he doesn’t get hurt. Oh well, you’re right life’s not fair. -

Amazing insight from the WBB experts here. No need to tune in next year. Super helpful observations before the first practice occurs. -

By far toughest schedule in college football concerns me more than anything. We have the most talent since mid first decade .
