I wonder why he didn’t have shoulder surgery right after the season if that is what was needed? Or whatever surgery he needed. I know he was watching the draft but if he had to have surgery the MLB teams had the information on that. -
Taking a Look at Raleek Brown's Fit in the Texas Offense *** I can't help but get excited for what's to come with new Texas running back Raleek Brown. Brown is coming off of a 1st Team All-Big 12 season at Arizona State where he rushed for 1,141 yards on 6.1 yards an attempts and 4 touchdowns. The touchdown numbers should improve in this Texas offense, but beyond anything else, it is the home run ability that intrigues me the most. Brown has a fantastic ability to get small in the hole, then make the first guy miss in space. -- I wanted to share some All 22 clips from the 2025 season showcasing Brown's ability at the running back spot, while also giving an idea of how it may translate to the Steve Sarkisian offense in 2026.

I don’t think there’s been this much hype with both football and basketball since the 2009-2010 season. Can’t wait 🤘 -

Mark Lang was a great unsung LB on those early 80s defenses. -

Dang. Nice synopsis @Gerry Hamilton. Gerry, do you get to watch practices at all this time of year? -
We’re 53 days away from Texas football. Today’s No. 53 group is led by Bill Acker, who put together a monster career on the defensive line. Acker was a team captain in 1979, was named First-Team All-SWC and finished with 29 career sacks (still tied for fourth in Texas history). He also helped Texas win the 1977 SWC title before playing six seasons in the NFL. Duane Miller was a steady offensive lineman in the late 1980s and early 90s. He was a four-year letterman, three-year starter and part of the 1990 team that won the Southwest Conference and finished 10-2 and No. 12 nationally. Jak Holbrook rounds it out as a multi-year deep snapper who played in 39 career games and stacked up academic honors, including Campbell Trophy semifinalist, CoSIDA Academic All-District and two-time First-Team Academic All-Big 12. And the current No. 53 is redshirt freshman defensive lineman Isaiah Coleman.
