Did I like it - absolutely not. Does it show a systemic lack of discipline? - I don't think so. We ask these players to play angry, play with an edge, attack and destroy. That comes with high emotion and trash talking. I'm sure people would be clutching their pearls a lot more if they heard the players yapping between eachother. I also have heard stories, especially from the older generations that are now clutching pearls and talking about discipline, of what they would do in dog piles, shoving fingers in peoples eyes, butts, grabbing balls. So they can miss me with being "offended" by this when they use to do things that were actually harmful to people.

I watched him play against my son’s HS last season. His frame potential is closer to LJH than to a TE. He could be a lethal red-zone slot-fade guy.

Not Hank, but all the TEs on the room can come back next year which will make it pretty difficult. Masunas technically runs out of eligibility but he should be able to get a waiver for a 6th year since he did a regular redshirt year then got hurt 4 games into his redshirt sophomore year. And if Williams does have a path, a lot of that could depend on how much weight he can add in the winter and spring. He's 6-5, 225-230ish and has frame space to put on 15-20 more pounds. By the time he's done at Texas he should be at least 245.

He's the most fluid and the smoothest mover of all the guys they've signed at TE. He's almost like a big receiver with the way he moves. He's a pass catching TE who will be able line up anywhere but is also big enough and willing enough to be the primary TE in the offense. Needs to add weight and physically develop though so the winter and spring will be really big for him
