Talk about a benchmark. Gives a program a measure of how they're handling talent evaluation and success in obtaining the talent out of high school or portal. All 100 could have been on your board. Great at evaluating. If only a couple attended, after accounting for culture fit, perhaps you need to change how you approach obtaining the talent.
