  1. Past hour
  2. PK was a good coach, but he always played not to loose. Muschamp is a championship level DC. He plays to win. You have to be willing to take calculated risks and put your players in the position to win.
  3. Hoped for 2 5 star HS recruits in Sales and Royal...as of now 1 in the boat, but likely flipping so probably none. Texas will have a boatload of excess cash with Cam, Wingo, Arch, Simmons, and Goosby highly likely to go pro, so they will be able to keep the players on this roster that they want. With Sark and friends they will probably turn lemons into lemonade and find a gem none of us thought Texas had interest in.
  4. I think part of the reason is because the offensive struggles. PK's defense didn't have a high percentage of blitz's or stunts, so the offense didn't see it live in practice enough. This should help the offense start quicker and be more prepared for a team like Georgia.
  5. Your Florida game PTSD kicking in again Gerry
  6. Based on Colin's full answer, he misunderstood the question and thought goosebumps means butterflies.
  7. I'm not sure what to say if this team needs any motivation this season.
  8. I hope those being trafficked also got NIL deals. 🤣
  9. well good save the NIl for lineman in portal and a proven wr in portal
  10. Since he's already committed, the news will probably be a flip (my take). Oh, well...
  11. I've made my opinion on the whole PK thing clear, so I won't rehash it. But in saying that, I am excited for Muschamp and to see what he can do. From all the talk I've heard about him and vaguely remember his last time here, it is exciting to hear the positives. But my question is, if PK can have one bad year and be fired, why does Flood get so much of a pass? His unit severely underperformed in 2025 and even in other seasons. Yet his job is secure? On top of that, what if the O still sees a lot of struggles in 2026? Who's to blame then? Who gets fired if that happens again? Anyway, I'm kind of over the off-season talk like a lot of you and want the season to start so we can see our Longhorns play. The schedule is going to be grueling but enjoyable to watch this year and I'm super excited for it.
  12. Yeah, On game day, when he hasn't shaved, he looks like a broke down cowboy waking up in a single-wide the day after binge drinkin'🤣
  13. Hahaha It’s his signature quad chin he’s had it since college, and now it grosses the top recruits away to firm jawed coach like Sark and Muschamp.
  14. Today
  15. Better recruiter, more aggressive defenses and trying to get some of that Georgia toughness were the reasons I believe. Sark being pro active on change. I have a lot of great memories of Coach K. era---short yardage stops, our play vs hated rivals and the players we had during his time. Still amazes me in game vs Aggies, A. Hill was out for entire game and Ty Smith was out first half for targeting.
  16. Agree. Muschamp's philosophy on defense is his D will play as one; what happens with the offense is not his concern, he wants his squad to play with aggressive emotion and give our offense the best chance to win the game.
  17. You would think that a coach who is highly compensated, living in a state that probably is very reasonable in terms of expenses, could afford plastic surgery on his quadruple chin.
  18. Agree on the baiting. I enjoy watching my team and need no ancillary stimulation to make the event better. Just me.
  19. He looked good on what I believe were wheel routes, but not so much across the middle; could have been good, wanted instant recognition.
  20. He priced himself right out of Texas. Harris and Sark both told him to kick rocks! It is business, nothing personal.
  21. He is a legend in his own mind. Alligator arms!
  22. I like what I'm hearing, but I'll need to see it before I believe it. If they can't dominate Texas State out the gate, that won't be a good sign, imo.
  23. The music on there is like a bad training video for a summer job. I do know that I really still dislike Hefty Heupel and hope we beat his a$$ in Knoxville
  24. 2025 Texas OL lacked power, cohesion and mentality. Goosby gained 13 lbs, Siani 15 lbs, Baker 7 lbs, Robertson 4 lbs, Seymore 1 lb. Seems like good weight gained by the tackles and Baker. Guessing Robertson and Seymore gained muscle and lost body fat. Believe we will see more power and physicality after a productive off-season. Goosby's shoulder is also healthy. If we can be more cohesive as Goosby also said, we could be in for a very welcomed improvement in effective physicality. Hopefully reduce OL presnap penalties.
  25. Honestly Livingstone should have said that, and people outside could understand why he went to OU. I stick with the “If you want Cam Coleman money, prove that you’re better than Cam”.
  26. He has highlights on catches deep and in the mid game.
