I don't know GJ well enough to make a determination on that. It's tough to leave a program that his constructed itself around you as the face, to go be fixer on someone else's staff – especially on your own accord. So I would lean pretty unlikely. But again, I don't know Kinne all that well.

Faultless? If you can find where I said that I’d be interested to see. But there are a very large amount of people on here and a mod or two that put the blame primarily on Arch. And it’s garbage.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. He has a good system, but he's got some tweaks he needs to make. Every OC does every year or they die on the vine like so many have.

I know. You’re part of the Arch is faultless camp. I get it. But watching him the past two games has been painful.

He did find a way to find open receivers and read/ beat blitzers. As did Quinn Ewers.

From what I heard the OC stuff was presented to him last winter/spring. Sark insisted to the people having the conversation that it was because he had to focus on the defense which took away from his oversight of the offense. Which is why PK was let go and why that actually happened. Those who were part of those conversations aren't happy at all with what they've seen from the offense given the assurances that were presented by Sark.

I'm seeing all kinds of rumors on X that if Sark loses this game on Saturday that he will be fired. What are the chances that happens?

There will be some tough conversations to be had if Texas fails to make the CFP. Of which, I am sure the OC conversation will be had.

Will Sark be forced to hire an OC in the offseason if the Longhorns don’t make the playoffs?

I think they put out a great defensive blueprint for causing issues. Play man on the back end and blitz the middle of the OL, with guys coming from the nickel/slot. It worked well and others have mirrored.

Dog eat dog in the SEC currently. Unfortunately, Texas has yet to take advantage of mayhem all over the conference. But we did hear from a number of players on Monday that they know they control their own destiny and plan to act on that exact piece moving forward. Hopefully it lights a fire.

It's hard to coach a QB when you are the HC; Coach doesn't get that.
