How much to get Arky RB Mark Washington to Texas?

Do you have a point? Because our current RB room doesn't have a do it all guy. -

Cool stuff. Maybe we will too! Point is, a good RB room should have the “do it all” guy or two, and hope it works out, along with role players. Or, should he have 4 or 5 do it all types, coach? Please dazzle us. -
Well, that sucks.

Seems he just never felt Texas. Onward.

It should be down toHill and the kid from Tech. If TT played the same level of comp as Texas i think Hill walks away with it, but if your looking at plain stats its hard to argue. -

Missouri did, Ohio St did(multipe times), Michigan did, Ole Miss did, Miami did, Georgia did, South Carolina did, among others. But continue to talk and provide no insight into the post. You post as if these kinds of backs aren't there every portal cycle -
If Klein moves on, Aggies might go for him. It’s a thought. They can afford him.

Kentucky was one of the two losses that Texas had in the regular season. That was during a time that Texas blocked very poorly and promptly was swept by Kentucky. The wildcats have a dynamic 1-2 punch at OH, however they lack the balance of having a potent attacker on the opposite side (reminiscent of earlier Texas teams). They are elite for sure though and are one of the top 4 teams in the nation. Most likely, it will either be Texas 2 overall and Kentucky 3 overall, or vice versa for the main tournament seeding. Kentucky took Nebraska to 5 sets and actually had a 2-0 set lead when Nebraska pulled off the reverse sweep early in the season. All in all, this was supposed to be a rebuilding year for Texas with Skinner graduating but they're also one of the top 4 teams with 3-4 key contributors being freshman. Throw in that the incoming recruiting class for next year is the #1 class in the country with the top recruit at their respective positions (OH, setter, and libero) and the future looks very bright. -
Who hires Chip Kelly in CFB?

I am not sure of the "why" of this thread. But, in my evaluation of the Chipper, he is what he is. Or, beware of what you ask for. - Today

Deep thought. All we need is a back who can do it all. Easy as pie. -

Texas to hire new Soccer coach

would love flip the Reyna kid in Austin that is committed to unc. Top 5 recruit. Program is likely a few years away from landing someone like that. -
Immediate next questions - who on the team stays, who transfers in, who transfers out? Recruiting? It's a non-stop news cycle!

I'd say it's practically a guaranteed 3 overall at the worst, but most likely an overall 2 seed. Texas has the 1st or 2nd rated RPI and outside of the two regular season losses, both to highly ranked teams, only Nebraska's unbeaten record is better. Should Texas and Nebraska meet in the finals this year, it will be the reverse of the team situation when they met a few years ago where Texas had the senior laden team and Nebraska had 4 star freshmen in the starting line up. Nebraska will be a tough out for anyone, but this Texas team is getting hot when it's important, if they can ride this all the way, watch out. -

My guy! He's going to earn it on Friday. That was one of his goals this year and what better game to clinch it! Let's go! Story lines couldn't be any better for this game! -
Let go one day, hire the next. That seems to be the M.O. of the Texas athletic department these days.

No one’s dunking on Trey, but he ain’t Bijan, and asking him to cosplay as Bijan behind an interior line that blocks like a bunch of athletically challenged 50 yr old men playing Twister is just cruel. Last year Sark had Blue keeping defenses honest and ripping explosives. This year it’s Trey versus the world, and the world is winning by committee. And yeah, imagining Bijan in ’23 or ’24? That’s the kind of pain that makes you stare out the window like you’re in a sad country song. Bottom line: Trey can be part of the answer next year, but he can’t be the whole answer. Somebody in that room has to take a leap, or we need to drag a fully grown man out of the portal, one who doesn’t need perfect blocking to get five yards and can make a DB question his life choices. Arch can’t be the run game and the escape artist and the savior.

Championship caliber coaches - it's what CDC does. That's why I'm confident that should any coaching jobs at Texas open up, as long as CDC is the AD, the replacement is going to be just as good if not better.
