Not only are the coaches at Texas good at their craft but they are great to listen to while doing press conferences/interviews. I especially enjoy listening to Coach Sark, Coach Schaefer and Coach Schloss. There are other coaches around the country that are hard to listen too. OTF mods…anything in the works to getting a Texas Coach to do a weekly show with you guys? Schloss does one every Monday with one of your competitors via YouTube.

My traager pro never smokes. I’m googled, you tubed, ai’d, etc. reprimed. What is the trick to smoke? I get a very small and inconsistent puff. Any tips would help.

With a rig like that I would imagine somewhere in the past you had a horizontal offset woodburner. I so how do they compare? I'm thinking about Lone Star Grillz vertical offset.

I’m all in for that. If Sark gets 2 National Championships in this new era of college football with the portal, NiL, 12 team CFP (possibly 16 teams starting next year?) where building a dynasty is that much more difficult, Sark will deserve a statue AND they should name the new indoor practice facility after him, lol. 🧡🤘🏼🐂

Agree. Sark has opportunity to be the next Pete Carroll of the 2000s or Nick Saban of the 2010s by building his own legacy at Texas. Agree that Sark turning away Bama's overtures and ignoring calls from the NFL is one more piece to this story that makes it exciting to see what's ahead for the Horns. Sark seems fully locked in, loyal and committed to make Texas great and to build his legacy here. Hook em!

Two things can be true at the same time. Example: Art Briles is an absolutely terrible human being. He's also an offensive genius when it comes to football.

Maybe Volantis since he threw almost 50 pitches last night unless Schloss needs an out. Riojas struggled his last 2 outings. He lasted 1/3 of an inning last weekend. Grubbs threw twice last weekend but unless they are injured I imagine they will both be used this weekend. Otherwise they will have 2 weeks off before the SEC tournament and pitchers are conditioned to pitch each week and like routine. They may be on a pitch count but I think they will both pitch against OU. Plus Blake said Rojas is scheduled to start today. -

I think you have to rest Schussler and Galvan as well. Both seem to be banged up a little. -
IMO Texas got Sark at exactly the right time in his life and career. He had things that affected him when he was a younger coach, got the opportunity to turn it around with Saban and has instilled what he's learned into the culture that he's built. He's learned from both Pete Carroll and Nick Saban, two coaches who built dynasties where they coached. Now he's working on building his own with everything that he's learned. OP left out, Sark could have left to become the head coach at Bama when Saban retired, iirc they reached out to him and he said I'm staying at Texas.
