  1. Past hour
  2. Same section, same observation.
  3. I understand the frustration with the sideways passes (and I might have yelled my share of curses at the sky), but two points. First, some were called to set up future plays (see posts above about the Mosley play). And second, not all of those were necessarily called. Several times Arch checked down to the running back/TE out in the flat. And my recollection from being at the game is that the play where the booing was the loudest was an Arch check down and not a designed pass to the flats. That is partly why I think, regardless of fans intent, players are likely to interpret the boos as directed at them.
  4. 100%. I'm not saying the fans were right or that Sark should listen to them. OP mentioned the players might be too fragile to handle the boos. And although I was rolling my eyes at with my brother and think it is dumb to boo your own team in general, I am just saying Sark won't let it get to them and will make sure the players know it's because the fans have high expectations/they need to play better. Most fans stayed and cheered their heads off (still don't have my voice); the boos won't get them down.
  5. I stand on the side that the field SHOULD have been rushed. It was against #1 and with the frustration that the fan base felt that game, the 21point come back, and the games against OSU and UG in the past...it would have been fitting and fun to see! Spare me the "We're Texas we dont rush for anyone." BS
  6. If you watch the play it is a thing of beauty. Mosely fakes like he is going to block for the screen then releases.
  7. I couldn't care less about the NFL
  8. Probably been posted elsewhere, but Tennessee's starting TE had season-ending surgery on his ACL, which he injured on Saturday.
  9. I’m in the “you should never boo your own team” camp and especially not the players themselves. Thought it was exceedingly dumb and entitled on Saturday.
  10. I'm picking Cy Ranch OL Edwards.
  11. Very reminiscent of Deandre Moore’s TD in the SECCG
  12. I’d prefer that over a night game when they can get liquored up
  13. Hi
  14. The final pass to Mosley was definitely set up by the bubble screens earlier.
  15. Not arguing with you, but do you feel that way about the Cowboys or Texans?
  16. I'm not smart enough to know if those plays were to set up future plays, i.e. train the defenders' eyes for certain behavior to set the trap. We won, so I digress.
  17. Well if @Gerry Hamilton won't say class that's a hint.
  18. I was jacked the fans didn’t leave! I remember games in years past where this happened and needed to have it happen.
  19. 2027 or 2028 @Gerry Hamilton
  20. 2027-2028 @Gerry Hamilton

  22. Herman to OC. He performed that role well at anOSU!!
  23. 2027-2028
  24. On another note, dropping Ohio St. for losing the #4 team at the time and currently #1 team to #6 is pretty shitty because it's punishing them (much like Texas was punished for losing last year) for scheduling a tough non-conference matchup instead of john's junior high. It's going to further push schools not to schedule these games because it would hinder their chances at post-season goals. At worst, Ohio st. probably should have dropped to 4 since that's where Texas was.
