I don't think Texas is going to be bashful this go-around. This level of aggressiveness tells me they can accomplish both (and all) of their goals.

Texas’ piggy bank $$$ for portal OL won’t be impacted by HS additions.

I like Lott as much as the next guy but we have a fast twitchy freshman in Bishop.  I see no reason to break the bank for Lott.  We don’t have that grab the ball out of the air with acrobatic moves guy that would be a cam Coleman or Jeremiah smith.  Henry would have been that guy.  That’s the guy we wanted wingo to be. I’d rather have the open roster spot and million dollar nil money which could be allocated somewhere no matter what is currently allocated to each position group.

Dont worry. We will have five or six threads asking if Corey Wells signed or whats the latest on Lott.   I think Joe Z is headed to Panther Creek to help Lott sign with the Ducks.

I think A LOT of people on this board are wanting and hoping for that. I for one think we lose out on henry, lott and hit the portal hard.

I figured he wasn’t going to Texas lol he hasn’t shown pretty much any interest same as KF. Sark struggles with offensive firepower recruiting oddly enough, unless a coach is fired lol. Outside of that consistently loses game changers to teams like Oregon.

Texas just isn’t much of a WR school. Outside of Worthy, who have we had that has been a “household name” in the NFL?
