Paul Posted yesterday at 05:57 PM Posted yesterday at 05:57 PM Anyone else on here mildly offended that Xavier does not acknowledge UT when doing his intro on Sunday Night Football? He was the only player for either the Chiefs or Texans not to name his school in his intro. It is the second time I have noticed it as he did the same during the Thanksgiving day game with the Cowboys. He merely introduces himself as from Fresno, CA. Not sure what the back story is there..... 2 Quote
SueVide Posted yesterday at 06:03 PM Posted yesterday at 06:03 PM To each their own. I believe he was on the sideline for a recent game. He still supports Texas. 1 Quote

.45s Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago It seems like I recall some guys naming their high school in these intros. Quote
Tornado Alley Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Since we're talking about it.....anyone else find it rude that he wore a Chiefs jersey and not a Texas one? I find that very odd. Quote
Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 21 hours ago Moderators Posted 21 hours ago Earl Thomas used to mention West Orange-Stark in his introductions. Not a big deal, IMO. 2 Quote

Steven Conant Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I think it has to do with graduating. I dont think these pros announce their school unless they have graduated. Many of them delay graduating until after their football careers are over. I dont believe it is a slight. Quote
GoHorns1 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago X Worthy is Fresno CA, shoutout to his home town. Dang people cool it ! Quote
tsip92 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This reminds me of when folks were saying to pull X’s scholarship when they saw him on the USC sideline during a bowl game at Jerry World. Shortly thereafter it was noted that he was there with Quinn and another player (JWhit maybe) and all of a sudden it was fine for those other players but some still held a grudge against X. If you look hard enough for a narrative you will find it. Quote
Jbro52 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago He is still a longhorn he was on his phone watching the game in a chiefs press conference before Quote
