It's more about friends and family. With that being said what's on your tailgate menu? Everyone is doing wings, poppers, Texas Twinkies, or armadillo eggs. I was looking to add or replace items from my menu. I'm cooking for about 15-20 people and if it were up to me it would be heavily cajun flavored. But...
