ECU has not come out against the CSC like tech (due to the SCORE act not passing). I don't think ECU has the extra cash like Tech to litigate this forever like tech can.  I think they would comply.

$700M in revenue is not $700M in income and who knows what he actually pays himself. 
He could probably use it as an investment for clicks, ad/sponsor revenue, and even more brand awareness.
