I would think that 10.81 would qualify you for most states not named Texas.

We'll see.  But at this point we can dream about a WR class of Sales, Royal, and Thrower.  IMO Thrower doesn't get the acclaim he should at this point.  But he's big, fast, and gets inside position and that's what makes him dangerous.
