But Jordan lives in the Metroplex. Gerry lives in Houston. Hank and CJ are in Austin. So there are some natural easy wins there.

But I think it's important for folks to go wherever they need to go to get the job done. I've done the job before myself, and putting reins or false limits on someone is not the way to go.
