Roysterr Posted June 4 Posted June 4 If I remember correctly wasn't Jonah the highest rated 5 star in the 2025 recruiting class? He had the shoulder injury in early spring in baseball. Is he cleared to participate in non contact off season work outs? He probably can't lift weight with upper body until cleared. If this guy finally heals he could be the biggest surprise of the defense this year based on his talent. Mods do we have any updates on how he is doing or what he is doing post injury? Any time lines? 1 Quote
Bobbers Posted June 4 Posted June 4 I honestly never had much hope for Jonah Williams. There is too much talent on this roster for any two sport star not named Bo Jackson. Part time football in the SEC is almost impossible- especially on a team that might play up to 17 games. If I were Jonah's Daddy, I would tell him to concentrate on baseball and pray for a 20 year MLB career. 3 Quote
Bobby Burton Posted June 4 Posted June 4 He is not cleared for contact. He is on schedule to return by late July-early August. 4 Quote
WG Carter Posted June 4 Posted June 4 Jonah is special talent---lets hope we get to see him healthy and being his best Quote
NothinButDaHorns34 Posted June 4 Posted June 4 I personally don’t ever think he’ll bust a grape on a football field. Somebody in that kids camp needs to get him to focus on baseball. Quote
Ronald Dato Posted June 4 Posted June 4 How much NIL money spent on Jonah Williams is dead money? I think this upcoming season will be his last football season. Quote
Roysterr Posted June 4 Author Posted June 4 I disagree with most people on this thread, focus on football and forget baseball. 1 Quote
