This ump is so erratic.  I don't care about tradition, there should be electronic strike zone.

Is it just me or is this ump purposefully calling balls on strikes when Tinney does frame it long enough. I’m not sure if he’s not seeing the strike but it’s coming across as petty “you are not in charge” when he moves too quick after catching the ball. It seems like a power play by the ump.
