Been playing a variation of college fantasy football for a few years now called Campus to Canton. You have a college and an NFL team, and when the college players graduate they move onto your NFL squad. It's still very early for CFF in general, but there are a handful of non-Yahoo places that already support it. Bluechip is a brand new app so it's got some kinks to work out, but it looks the most comprehensive and promising to me. If you're interested in diving in, here are some good resources for the college fantasy space.
