Interesting that this article didn’t mention anything about media rights. 

Cantwell’s arrogance screwed this up. She overtly targeted the sec and big 10 and now they are desperately trying to compromise with little time left. I can’t see this bill getting to a point where the LSU grad speaker of the house will bring it up for a vote.

Yeah just don't see it getting done still. Every adjustment may win a vote, lose a vote. Cantwell now wants her beloved Washington State to be able to move huh?

Again if they muster 60 I'll be shocked. And yes the House is a whole different animal. Unless the La leaders in the House are supportive, it is never seeing the floor there period. Not enough time with all the other issues that Congress has now. Easier to do a skinny bill on issues that are not controversial. Then tackle the larger ones later. Just don't see it , but who knows.
