tf3 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Really hope the conference rules stick, even if it feels last ditch with the NCAA getting their lunch handed to them repeatedly. But conference pressure seems like the only thing that’s been reigning in the insanity, like with Sorsby. Kickoff can’t come soon enough. 3 Quote
hookem1014 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Does this affect Jordan Pope transferring to A&M? Quote

The NCAA is actually doing fairly well legally in these eligibility cases. They have won numerous stays against local, cracker jack judges in the last month. Kiffin and Will Wade are about to get their butts handed to them. Louisiana will be reaffirmed as the armpit of America. 4 Quote

The Mitchell deal will be a good test case for the SEC. Same with Kohler at BYU for the Big 12. Goober boys played in the NBA summer league and were therefore absolutely paid by and on NBA teams. No different than Kobe and LeBron playing in summer league. Quote

Mitchell should not be able to go to another SEC school either, let alone be eligible. Quote

He was standing by. Kobe guarded Iverson. Raja guarded Kobe. We also need to know what it was like when Kobe hit not one, but two buzzer beaters on Raja in the same game when Raja played for the Suns in the 2006 NBA playoffs. After the OT buzzer beater the crowd was chanting MVP (a knock on Nash) and the Lakers were playing We Will Rock You by Queen on the loud speakers. 1 Quote
