If Arch needs to get hit early, run a QB draw to start the game so we can get 4th quarter Arch for the entire game lol.

To your point Jeff, the fact that with the game on the line, he kept pounding it up the middle was great to see. Normally he would try some funky stuff there (like a toss play). I was impressed on that last TD with the G, C, G. They all pushed their guys back into the end zone. That on top of WInston meeting the LB in the gap are what allowed that to be a TD. A far cry from where we've been.

Watching a replay, I was surprised that all three of those runs on the goal line went right up the middle. I would have thought they would have gone behind Goosby and Coleman on the left side. Robertson's not known for his power, but he did the job on that last one.

Also noticed that on the second and goal play, OSU had three guys coming around the left edge. They obviously thought Sark would try doing something wide, which has been his tendency. He went against his tendencies, as Rod has pushed for, and kept pounding the middle.

Yep, they looked like they were looking for the QB run or toss play.

Sikorski has been a huge upgrade at left guard over last year.

All of this.  Also really loved the play from our TE group, feels like every highlight I see, a Te is blowing up a defender.

Well one long TD. The pass to Coleman wouldn't have been a TD because he dived for the ball. It wasn't as bad, maybe, but he played his part in things not working either.

I'm not too concerned about his numbers, those are fine either way. My problem was several times he missed guys or he didn't read the play well. Even that bad sack he took on the side line.

While I was critical and all that during my time watching and posting here. I was never on the fire Sark or bench Arch talk. Either way, he finally got it going late and led his team to victory. Even more so was him not having to necessarily play hero ball, which I liked. When he stepped up, the guys around him stepped up with him.

Sark called a heck of a game but Arch was either too late or missed seeing a lot of open receivers over the middle of the field. Go watch the "film guy" - he seen and explained it all. Thought Arch had a terrible first half myself --- Just an opinion.
