The Texas running back was actively participating in practice Thursday morning, On Texas Football was told. 

Keep in mind, Texas was not in full pads today. But Smothers did participate in practice. 

We will see what the injury report says Thursday evening, but overall a positive for the Longhorns’ lead back.

I am loving the RB depth but having Hollywood at 100% is crucial for SEC play - especially road games.

I think we’ll see a good amount of Cooper even with Smothers playing. I like what he brought to the table vs UTSA on that final drive. Brown should be used similar to how Blue was against Jim Knowles in the CFP
