My second biggest issue with the film, Oklahoma runs those twists on defense EVERY FRICKING year and almost every year we don't seem to look prepared for it. I'm not sure if our center every played it correctly.

Man 16:57 is terrifying. I think the biggest issue with Manning is in his head. Just seems to not have a great football sense and grip of the game. Peyton and Eli weren't generational based on arm talent. Peyton especially was an OC on the field who could out think you.

Now I don't expect Arch to have anywhere close to that in college. but he seems to be struggling with basic route concepts and decision-making. Let alone being able to read defenses and take what they give.

I have been purposely detached from reading anything on the game since I was madder than I have been in a long ass time.. so just now getting caught up. Just so many self-inflicted wounds.

I just watched it last night.  The all-22 is damning.  Arch makes a few elite throws, but most of his play is maddening.  He can’t see the field, can’t process in real time, and/or does not know the concepts well enough.  I fully acknowledge that we have a lot of other issues on offense (not to mention special teams).  Nevertheless, his play is totally unacceptable from a senior making his 21st start.  If his name was not Manning, he would be on the bench.  If KJ is not a better option at this point, that is another indication that Sark and his staff do not develop QBs well.

Man, so true. Also, why is the center still starting? He has regressed mightily.

Jackson Christian, who supposedly looked good in camp.  I’m disappointed in Robertson this year as well.  He was solid at the end of last year and even held up okay vs Georgia.  If Robertson keeps playing at this level, we should give Christian a chance.

did anyone not look good in camp?  If they did, I've never read about it.  If anyone, I thought Hutson would have a better shot at getting PT at C.

I always look at the OL as a single 1500 lb unit.  Outside occasional subs, which we don't do, I don't know if swapping individual OLs in an out is the answer.
