Arch should have been benched last year. He for sure should have played his last down as a Longhorn.

He played well in the second half of last season after he adjusted to having a poor OL and no running game. This season he seems to have regressed because the OL is even worse. Not sure what QB could excel with the defense in your face on virtually every pass attempt. Could he do better? Yes, but the root cause is the OL can't block consistently.

Yea I thought the same until after last 4 weeks.  The check downs were there and he is totally missing them or not throwing the ball.   Lot of blame to go around.

If there is anyone on the bench that is better than what we have on the field and we’re bringing them along slow because they are young or whatever other talking point coaches use…….it is time to get them on the field.  Our best 11 need to play.  That means our best offensive lineman need to play.  We have watched this long enough and hear promises of we are close and we had a great week of practice.
