In my business experience, employees would try to do what they LIKED to do versus what we DIRECTED them to do.  Part of management was to keep employees on task with what we directed and needed them to do.

In-game, Sark is so busy calling offensive plays that he can't focus on the overall game strategy and decisions.

IMHO, Sark as OC cannot continue next year.  We have history and it is not good.  In additions to Sark's history, see Aggy and Jimbo Fisher.
