Can confirm. This is so much fun. Just a reminder for everyone that while the portal closes for baseball on July 2nd, it stays open for Texas and Texas A&M for 30 days, same as football. Expect a ton of portal movement over the next week or so. 8 Quote

Jeff Kent is my old neighbor in Lake Pointe. His dog use to bath in our fountain. He was a huge dick. Although he had Schlitterbaun build an awesome water park in his back yard. 1 4 Quote

Also had a party and huge professional fireworks show every 4th of July. 1 Quote

I've spent two hours reading through a 32-page TexAgs.com thread that spanned the post-game press conference at 10:30pm last night to Kendall Rogers' concession this afternoon. Apparently the renovations at A&M were a big thing for Schloss, so I would fully expect a major commitment to renovating DFF to be part of the deal. Everyone has bought in to the "UT is landlocked narrative", but with the proper planning, I suspect we could play a season at Dell Diamond and get a complete renovation done. 5 Quote

I'm 100% certain that things like facility upgrades are an integral part of what's been written into his contract along with major NIL backing. CDC has proven he's a man of his word and he acts quickly when the opportunity presents itself. No idea what the new/upgraded facilities will look like, but I'd expect them to rival the best in the country as is the standard that CDC wants to set. 3 Quote
