Extremely sad to be honest. One of the richest programs, especially NIL funds and we lose out on players you mentioned that’s insane to me. I really think they just leave this cycle alone, hit the portal for the holes we can’t recruit to save our lives through high school, and completely re-evaluate our NIL. Obviously being a top 3 rich program and rich NIL base we can’t keep up. Something has got to change.

Touch grass. Good grief.

He is an in state product, high profile ( the highest) , was a Texas lean for over a year (supposedly), why wouldn’t he go to Oregon. Getting our ass handed to us. But great recruiting, nothing wrong, nothing to see here, just move along all is great. Have to call BS on this.

This is a historic level miss by Sark and staff when considering all factors, I can’t recall one worse. Something needs to change, their message isn’t being heard by the players they obviously prioritize. Brutal turn of events here.

This statement is getting too much radio play already. Not solely about the NIL $, sure, but do people really believe for a second Oregon wins this recruitment if Texas had wrote a bigger check than the ducks? They beat Texas for Sharma because of money. Dorian Brew is being cited by multiple people in the industry as being a recruitment where NIL was extremely important.

Don't know if it's the coaching staff or the BMD's (because no, the difference making money for these recruitments is not coming from Joe Blow alumni people getting badgered about the Texas One Fund), but whoever is making the ultimate decisions on NIL budget allocation and spend needs to evaluate if they want to compete for top classes or if they're fine taking the second tier and hoping you can out develop people. Historically that hasn't been a recipe for success to win the SEC.

This is concerning and it seems Sark is dead set on his philosophy and that’s going to lead to a lot of second tier players. You simply don’t out culture the SEC, if Sark thinks he will, he’s delusional. He had the talent advantage on the Big12 by a mile and nearly lost 4 games last season. What happens when teams have more talent? It won’t end well if he’s dead set and continues riding his high horse.

Lanning literally just shat all over sark

Lanning absolutely clown suited Sark. Not the first time and damn sure won’t be the last ant this rate. Embarrassing. Mack Brown would never lose the states #1 recruit twice let alone to a school 1500 miles away. Sark needs to look in the mirror and understand his message isn’t being heard by his top priority targets

Can we please quit spinning all the talking points. Excuses are getting old. Getting ass whipped, money whipped, and out classed in all areas. Texas winning season, going to SEC, producing NFL players hasn’t helped this staff one bit. Better recruiting class in Big XII let that sink in.
