They're nuts. No one with a brain in their head is willing to take that job. This is Venables' fault. He pushed out Gabriel. He went to Arnold. He then went to Hawkins. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. The criminals have no domestic recruiting base. They don't have as much money to pay top recruits as the top thirty programs in the nation now that paying is legal.
