ATH Brandon Arrington Jr. tells OTF he has been in contact recently with the Texas staff. Arrington is one of the fastest players in the class of 2026, with verified 10.47 speed out on the west coast and is currently ranked inside the top-30 national players per the 247Sports Composite rankings. John F.
10.47 as a junior? At 6’2? That is moving! If he can catch at all would be a killer weapon at WR
Ojeezy
IIRC he has already visited A&M multiple times and they seem to be near the top of his recruitment. Hope we're not playing from too far behind them on this one.

USC in the mix as well.

Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted Tuesday at 07:08 PM Moderators Share Posted Tuesday at 07:08 PM He's a stud prospect for sure. Arrington and the 2026 CB RJ Sermons (should be a 5-star IMO) are elite prospects

_everyoneshere
Ran 10.27 prelim in May at state. I've been wondering since the summer if his offer would pick up steam. USC is after him, but I'd tout UT track's accomplishments in the Olympics and someone like Marquise Goodwin being a track and football star for Texas. https://www.athletic.net/athlete/24536223/track-and-field/high-school
