Orngblud05 Posted November 24, 2024 Posted November 24, 2024 What’s funny and sad, had he stayed and had a better attitude would have had the perfect opportunity to play himself back in to the rotation these last few games. Shame. 9 Quote

Deadhead_Horn Posted November 24, 2024 Posted November 24, 2024 Its always like that, revisionist history. Thats why, while its overused, waiting and pouncing on your opportunity when it is presented is a real thing. 1 Quote
justwinbaby Posted November 24, 2024 Posted November 24, 2024 No longer on the team, good luck to him 1 Quote

Shame. Who cares about him? Kid is trashing recruits and program on social media and was a malcontent in the locker room. Good riddance 2 2 Quote

Lavalulu Posted November 24, 2024 Posted November 24, 2024 We’ll never know the full story behind Johntay’s exit. One thing for sure—Sark has said on record, once a player leaves the team…there is no path back to the team. So let’s wish the best for Johntay and leave the rest for others (not Texas fans) to think about. We have bigger fish to fry. Hook’em 2 Quote

Bobbers Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 I feel bad for the kid. There was obviously nobody in his life that taught him the really important lessons about character and quitting. He really will have to learn the hard way now. Quote
closetojumping Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 There’s more going on here than just attitude and heart. He’s got real off the field problems and the only way they get fixed is if he eventually wants to fix them. There’s a reason other programs aren’t all over him and also why Texas told him to not let the door hit his ass on the way out. 1 Quote
