Man I'm not usually one to call out officials, but this is about as clear as it gets.  Targeting call, no call on a fumble, bogus PI×2....I hope they don't allow these  refs to call another game.  This is what I would expect from the big12

They showed the targeting play 4 times and never even suggested that it could be a penalty.

Edit: Palmer just called it the play of the game as the 4th quarter ended. SMH.

Sark doesn't want a running QB. Too much injury risk to the most critical player on the team.
