If you could go back and choose a starting  QB for last nights game, with the choice of Sam E or Quinn, who would you choose? Give me Sam all day.

I would’ve liked bam-bam sam on that 1st and goal from the one. He definitely would’ve got in the end zone lol

For one play not the  entire game

Sam was a better playmaker. With all that talent around he could’ve been just as good

Sam isn’t the passer that Sarks offense needs.

Quinn wasn’t either lol can’t hit a deep ball consistently and throws floaters with no velocity. Gives the ball away almost every game.

That's true, but the other part you're not factoring in is does bam bam Sam get it to the 1 in the first place?

Doesn’t he have the most pass attempts and completions without a pick in Texas history?

You guys saying that Sam can't make all the throws have to answer a simple question- how is Sam still in the NFL?

Sam and Quinn are both firmly entrenched as the best Texas QBs not named James, Vince or Colt.

Sam would have done well in Sark offense and added a dual threat ability.  Quinn has intangibles that Sam didn't possess in the passing game.  There is no reason to throw out this hypothetical if you want to run down a specific QB because they are both winners.

Love Sam, but it's Quinn by a long shot

Remember the LSU game against Burrow.

Sam was magnificent.  Quinn was not better "by a long shot".

For me it is Sam all day. He's only slightly behind Quinn as a passer and much better in terms of feel for the game and running.

At the NFL level Quinn will be better because Sam lacks arm strength, but I don't think that inhibited him in college.

Quinn also lacks arm strength. Going to be very interesting to see where he gets drafted. He needs a West Coast offense.

Cool story bud. Remember the bama game before the injury? Or the bama game last year, or the record setting big 12 championship game? How about the Michigan game? Look we get, it you don't like Quinn. But talk to anyone that actually matters, players, coaches and the NFL. It's Quinn. We have to quit acting like the shortcomings of this team fall directly on Quinn. Friday night Sark along with his bone headed play calling, the offensive line didn't help him or the running backs out. 🤘
