Bobby, Gerry, or CJ --

Now that he's heading to the league *acts surprised that he is* -- which QB do you all think he compares to?

Also, if you had to pick a team for him to land with -- which team would that be?

Side comment -- "Quinntavious" Ewers is a legend for turning the program around. I wish a natty would have been in his plans -- but it's so cool to see how he changed the culture/team around from the dark ages aka a couple of years ago, lol.

I think Sam Darnold is kind of where I am leaning for Ewers. Great quarterback when on plan. Struggles to succeed when protection fails or there is a need to create on the fly.  Obviously the story of the Rams/Vikings games was the 9 sacks allowed, that played a similar role to the losses Texas suffered this season as well.

I look at a Rams/Niners/Dolphins to take Ewers. Someone familiar with Sarkisian/Ewers but has a QB for 2025 to allow him to develop a year before being thrown in the fire.

Saw and interesting statement on Twitter. Quinn never lost to an unranked team during his time at Texas.

He actually never lost to a team as a starter outside the Top12 (at the time of the game). 2022 OkSt is the one team we lost to with him that finished unranked at the end of the season.
