I tore my Achilles (100% torn).  I was rehabbing after 2 months from surgery.  
 

Terrell Suggs came back from an Achilles late in the season five months after surgery.  
 

The whole deal with an Achilles is mental.  Trust.  It’s always in the back of my mind when I run.

Same with me. Mine was 14 years ago. My other one gets a little achy and I get paranoid lol

Depending on the type of rupture, with new surgical and rehab techniques, recovery time is a lot less than it used to be.

CJ , I’ve got a 14 year old great great nephew that is now a little over 6’1” 235 lbs size 14 shoe has a trainer working with him now . Will be center for Hancock High school in Kiln Mississippi that squats 400lbs . He’s an amazing young man .

Christian Clark is going to surprise a lot of people this year if he keeps progressing. 
 

I just saw Arch & his dad cooper with his grandfather Archie doing that Uber commercial. That is priceless.
