Williams should have stayed. Big mistake on his part and cost him a lot of money. He would have been a 2nd rounder at worst if he had comeback.

Yeah I saw his projection is in the 4th now. Been saying it over on reddit, but another year in the system and he could've actually been a 1st round pick.

Helm lasting longer than so many other TE is annoying.

Honestly, the two TE's that went in the 1st round aren't better than him. You could make the argument of Warren but Loveland isn't better, imo. The fact going into day 3 and he's still on the board, tells you someone is going to get an absolute steal at TE.

I’m different on kids now a days because of NFL salary cap explosion 

The NFL salary cap just went up 50 million 

Even a 4th round pick is getting a 5 million $ contract. Millionaire, living their dream and start working towards a second contract

It does though? He's pretty much guaranteed to start and they would've paid him quite handsomely. Plus, I think his best friend went there, too.

The NFL GMs suck. Dillon Gabriel and Shough is all anyone needs to see to know some of these guys do not know what they are doing. Side note they are making Shedeur a cult hero. I’m hoping he’s the first rookie QB to lead a team to the Super Bowl. Watch him end up in Pittsburgh.

Disagree... This is the 1st time that Deion wasn't in control of Shadeur's future. Every team has had a chance to draft him at least once and they passed. No way every NFL GM sucks. The market has spoken. He'll get drafted, but he is far from a cult hero to the masses.

I don't disagree, but he wanted to start and OU was the best path for him, with numerous factors in their favour.

I'd be surprised if he's not starting, that was one of his biggest reasons for going there.

True, but it would have cost Texas a promising tackle if he stayed.
