Kobe won five. Kobe was the best player in the world from 2001-2010. Mavs have never had the best player in the world.

Reminds me of Bobby warning Gerry not to go too far in saying Collin Simmons might be the best defensive player in "college" football. I mean hell. Arch better be the best damn player in college football in 2025 by a long shot. Arch should be the best football player in world by 2027. Arch is 21 now. Kobe was the best player in the world when he was 21.

You talkin one sweep against ten. Where does this crap come from? Lakers were swept by the Sixers in the 1983 NBA Finals. Lakers beat the Sixers in two out of three Finals in 80s. Lakers beat the Celtics in two out of three Finals in the 80s. One year doesn't erase fifty years. Saying that, Brick sucks.

I think there were about twelve NBA players in the game. That's 50% of the each roster. Four Hall of Famers. Jordan, Olajuwan, Drexler, Worthy. Not to mention Perkins, Doughtery, Michaux, I was eight when I watched this. Hug it CJ.

 KD @ Houston feels like a very smart choice for all parties involved. Brooklyn and Phoenix were debacles… poorly managed teams. KD is surrounded by friends and family now.

  Mavs look to be solid after all despite losing Donic in the worst trade ever… all three Texas teams should be competative with the Spurs having the furthest to go.
