New front office and they've been slowly churning the roster.   They said from the outset that it'll be a long rebuild, and they aren't wrong -- but at least I have some hope. 
 

(Yes, I am a long-suffering Washington Bullets/Wizards fan)

So they had a total facelift of their front office like the Commanders did?

He was projected from the third to sixth. Philadelphia, Charlotte, Utah and Washington. He has to start somewhere.
