But guys, it’s June!!! Don’t care we’ve already proven it on the field for 2 straight years. Can’t keep relying on everyone else to suck to make it work! Georgia, Alabama, USC, Oregon, Michigan won’t all have bad seasons.

Expect Griffin to Bama tomorrow as well.

Understand this is the path they’ve chosen.

We are way off that 35% rate that was discussed this week. Just a bit frustrating. Seems you are somewhat rolling the dice when these types of players are all you are in on. We will see whether it turns out to be a good bet.

Say what you will at the moments we’re getting our butts handed to us right now.

Guess some are wanting that participation trophy that the Ags got in 2022 for their top class

Richard Wesley didn’t choose the highest NIL offer.  Believe it or not, some prospects don’t always choose the highest bidder.  There’s more factors than that.

That’s why I included our on field success too

This is the earliest action I can remember under Sark and I'm enjoying it. We missed on some DL recruits, but did you guys forget about the others we signed. I remember when we couldn't even get these high-level kids to visit. Also have to remember these schools aren't going to just let us take their lunch and cry in the corner.

You should email Sark amd tell him his recruiting strategy sucks.

How do we continue to have the highest NIL offer and have on field success but still lose out on recruitments

Gerry said it was the highest bid on Thursday.  I am sure there was back and forth since.

Who did we rely on last year to suck?

Your act is better when you are weirdly laughing at everyone’s posts.

I keep hearing Texas is big game hunting now but who cares if you can't get them!  That and, in the process, we are ignoring the Texas kids that wanted to come to Texas.  Ugh!  Sark has pulled rabbits out of his hat the past two years so let's hope he has another one in there.

Deja Vu, this sucks again!

Welcome to Big Boy recruiting where the best hit rates are below 50% closer to 40%

You do realize we had very few flips last year and the year prior, right?

Okay so that helps my case ? I am saying we shouldn't be banking to flip guys late

Last 2 years I’ve been $hitting my pants at this point in the year… and for 2 years Sark has come through when it mattered. Y’all ain’t getting me for a 3rd year. It will all be fine boys.

You do realize with settlement agreement starting next month we also dont know how much we can pony up to get these late flips.

Good point.  The $20m cap is a bit of an equalizer.  Not sure if a lot of current players are under deals outside of the cap, which would allow us to allocate more of the cap $ to 2026 recruits.  However, I would suspect it’s the same for other schools also.

Classes are being assembled earlier this cycle. We have around 17 guys that ovd to Texas that commit before July 15th. We are ofer a bunch of them already. A 35% hit rate on those 17 would be 6 players. As of now, where do those six come from? Not saying time to panic, but the numbers are dwindling.
